Geshela opened last week's teaching with this quote from Gunthang Rinpoche on learning and study. He went on to explain that one should not just leave it at what they hear or learn or read, but rather it is vital to add the two other components of:
- personal reflection to process the information;
- and taking what one has concluded from that reflection, and meditating on it - fully immersing oneself in its meaning and really letting it soak in.
