From the Precious Heap Sutra:
This body, originated from unclean substances and excrement –
It is to this that the immature are completely attached.
Monks and nuns, laymen and laywomen,
Hearing this, separate from desirous attachments.
Being free of desirous attachment, may you be completely liberated!

རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཕུང་པོའི་མདོ་ལས་ཀྱང་། །ལུས་ནི་མི་གཙང་ལས་བྱུང་སྟེ།
།རྟག་ཏུ་སྲོག་ཆགས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་གནས། །གཅིན་དང་རྟུག་པས་རབ་གང་ན།
།དེ་ལ་བྱིས་པ་རབ་ཏུ་ཆགས། །དགེ་སློང་ཕ་དང་དགེ་སློང་མ། །དགེ་བསྙེན་ཕ་དང་དགེ་བསྙེན་མ།
་།འདི་ཐོས་ནས་ནི་འདོད་ཆགས་འབྲལ། །འདོད་ཆགས་བྲལ་བས་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ།
