Resident teacher Geshe Dekyong will lead Saturday meditation. Basic meditation instruction will be provided upon request, with instruction from 4 pm to 4:15 pm and group meditation following from 4:15 pm to 4:30 pm. This event is suitable for all who are interested in meditation.
