If you are like me, it is much easier to read along while listening to His Holiness the Dalai Lama teach. The teachings are so profound and full of detail that I often find that I've missed major points. In an effort to understand more of the teachings, I've transcribed, as best as I can, the first day of the teachings at Deer Park. I am currently working on Day 2, Session 1 and will make it available as soon as I'm finished.
I have added an end-note section that was intended for my own use, but after some consideration I decided to leave it in as it may be helpful to others.
