This is the second group of photos of the Tibet Fest held on July 9, 2006 at the Bloomington Tibet Culture Center. The Festival was held to honor the seventy-first birthday of His Holiness the Fourteenth Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, and to celebrate the re-opening of the remodeled cultural building.
