On Aug. 20, 2011, IBC had a booth at the Cumberland Arts Fest as a fundraiser. In addition to our normal store items, Noi had her delicious Thai food (cooked up fresh there in the tent). Noi's food was the most popular thing at the event. It was a long, hard day of work: setting up, serving, tearing down. But it was profitable. We raised approxamately $1000 in just a few hours of being open for business.
